Five-layer construction includes a triple-aluminum core for optimal heat conductivity, enclosed between an 18/10 stainless steel cooking surface and an induction-compatible stainless steel exterior. Heat Surround® Technology distributes heat evenly along the bottom and sides. Features a Cool Grip® stick handle with a V-flanged design for stovetop comfort and a helper handle for added support. Compatible with all stovetops, including induction.
