■ Uses fabric from TAKEMI Cloth Co., Ltd., a textile manufacturer founded in 1989, which is attracting attention from around the world for its attractive fabric production that utilizes traditional weaving and dyeing techniques, using high-quality yarns and weaving and processing by skilled craftsmen.
In order to express the rich expression of natural materials, we are particular about small-lot, hand-made production, and the fabric is dyed slowly compared to normal machine dyeing, without applying unnecessary pressure to the fabric, resulting in beautiful colors and textures.
To take advantage of the natural expression, the fabric is dried in the sun using the strong wind called "Enshu no Karakaze" unique to Hamamatsu, and you can feel the fluffy softness and the deep atmosphere unique to sun-dried fabrics.
It is less rough than you might imagine from corduroy, and has a smooth feel, so it is comfortable to wear and looks good.
