This appears to be an item from around 40 years ago, when my father was a child and collected them.
It seems to have been a prize from a wafer chocolate.
He apparently said "sparkly!" at the time, and seemed to have jumped for joy when he got it ✨
Due to long-term storage, there is some soiling as shown in the photos.
I don't know much about it, so my explanation is poor, I'm sorry (^_^;)
