This is a Beautiful and Rare Vintage 1980s Phoebe Long sleeve midi dress! Has Fitted Waist with elastic in back for extra stretch. Amazing waist design. Has Pockets! Beautiful Black with Gold colored Pattern. Full Back Zipper. Dress is in Good shape with light wear, no Holes or stains but can use a Hem Repair at bottom of dress, it has a small loose seam, and has slight discoloration spots from age. As seen in photos. Tag is unreadable but feels like 100% Rayon but could be a blend.
