Vintage 1960s, or maybe earlier, Yves Saint Laurent Men’s black leather necktie valet case. Purchased at the estate of an elderly doctor and his wife- I assume it is an original but cant guarantee.
Zippered closure goes around 3 sides. Works well but takes a tug to get it going. Might need conditioning by a shoe repair place. Leather looks good but could use some conditioning- a few minor flaws from use or age on exterior- see pics. Also, one place that has sort of a dent or impression in the leather- couldn’t capture in a photo. Metal hanger’s brass finish is a little worn off.
Measures 16” long and 5.75” wide when shut.
Could also be used for women’s long necklaces.
